Before Kyle and the kids came to visit the morning of my discharge day, Norah and I were able to spend a few tender hours in the tranquility of the hospital room. I have loved my past hospital stays and dreaded when I would have to return home to all my responsibilities, and this time was no different. I was able to write in my journal and cuddle with our sweet baby girl for the last remaining hours of peacefulness before returning to the craziness we call life.
