Today I wanted to take another picture of Ava's cute little haircut, but when I busted out the camera and snapped this shot, Ava proclaimed in her defense after viewing the picture, "Sometimes, kids just don't want to smile."

To which I replied, "You are cute even if you don't."

Enough said.
