Ava has been a devoted big sister since she first laid eyes on Norah. She wants to hold her whenever possible. While in the hospital we thought the kids might enjoy some time with their friends instead of being couped up in a hospital room day in and out.
Friends were more than willing to watch both kids, but when Ava was told where she would be going for the next few hours, she would say every time that she would rather go to the hospital and see Mommy and Baby Norah. She even passed up a trip to McDonalds for lunch to stay with me at the hospital.
She has been so sweet to the baby and a huge help when it comes to getting diapers and pacifiers. She has even switched her car seat to the middle of the second row between Jack and Norah to be closer to everyone instead of being in the third row by herself.
